  • Master in Law from Commercial, Civil, Tax, Criminal, Labor, and Audit-Accounting Law in 2005 from the University of Barcelona, ​​Spain.
  • Former Instructor Professor at the Law School of the University of Havana 2004-2006.

With more than 30 years of professional experience as a trial attorney. Experience in criminal, civil, commercial, corporate, maritime, and arbitration law. He has worked in the assistance and representation of individual entrepreneurs and foreign companies, including Travel Agencies.

He served as Head of the International Group of the Legal Consultancy of the Ministry of Fisheries, advising on commercial activity and international negotiations in the maritime, fishing, and commercial sector, including contracts for the charter and purchase and sale of vessels, constitution and disintegration of companies in the British Virgin Islands, Belize, Cyprus, and Panama.

He has advised and represented foreign companies in trade and investment acts in Cuba, as well as in Arbitration Proceedings before the Cuban Court of International Commercial Arbitration and before the Economic Chambers of ordinary courts.
